Can you extract animations using a plugin?

Yes, you import the animation file in GR2 format into 3ds max, and you get a skeleton with animation.

I found another program (Noesis) that can extract animations into various formats (including FBX, SMD, PSK-PSA).
For the plugin in the program to process the files correctly, the files must have the *.gr2 extension.
