Searching for mods (looking for mods for Tribes of the East).

Does anyone have a link to a mod where the ultimate ability for Humans has been reworked? Instead of the original, it gives all melee units the ability to attack twice. I saw such a mod on some website a long time ago, and I really want to use it again!
