“Heroes of Might and Magic V: Tribes of the East”

Another question about the game mechanics: we know that specializing a hero in certain units gives them a +20% chance to recruit those neutral units. Does this also work for Axel with the "Captain of Knights" ability?

Increases the damage dealt by knights, paladins, and Isabel's knights in the hero's army by 10%.
+1% for each hero level. The damage from the "Vigil" ability is increased by 1% for each hero level.
