Guys, can you tell me where to learn (or buy) the "Summon Ship" amulet? I've been checking the vendor on the island for two days, but nothing shows up!

I figured it out – it's much simpler! Go to the green city (HARAK), and there, click on the ship icon on the left (there are icons for the tavern, market, etc.) – a screen will pop up where you confirm your intention to build a ship – it will be built at the bottom of the city!
