MCCS - new Multiplayer content

Map processing is necessary to activate scripts, add some important blocks for the mod to the map files, and for other purposes. Without it, the mod won't work. Accordingly, the patcher activates the scripts (I believe it's described in the header where it's located). However, you still won't be able to enter cheats in the console in multiplayer.
Regarding crashes on problematic maps, hopefully, Gerter can help with that.
