Heart of Nightmare [Bonus Mission]

I have the collector's edition. I bought it last year. The Dragonbone Staff is there, and the Sandro-Wayne-Craig Hack-Railag expansion is included. But I don't have "Heart of Nightmares," maybe I'm just not understanding where to find it. In the list of maps, like "Conquest of Enroth" or "Generals of Xeen," there's nothing, and definitely not in the campaigns. Where else should I look? It's a bit disappointing, Svetlana is even listed as a hero in the Agire list, but there's no scenario for her.
