You need to explore the entire map, meaning the area where the green castle is located. On the other side of the castle, there is another entrance to the water. You need to enter the water with a hero, start a new day, and summon a ship. It worked for me, because I was struggling for two days, and neither building a shipyard nor summoning helped.

Maybe the resources are not the right ones; you need a special ore, and there is a mine with it right next to the succubus castle
