How can I make it so that only 2nd, 3rd, or 1st tier creatures are sold in the castle?

How can I configure the castle so that only creatures of tier 1 and tier 2 can be purchased, but not tier 3? Or so that only creatures of tier 1 and tier 3 can be purchased?
