if it's level 7, then it's still something, but they will lose the 30/30 or 50/50 battle against archangels, devils, and others; a stack of 50 is useless. It's just light protection, dealing a little magic damage. From the tier 3 table, there's a minimum damage increase of 50 per creature; where can you achieve that with standard spells, if the magic power for creatures is calculated in a stupid way, and chaos/damage simply loses its meaning at medium quantities... Even a level 7 creature with Titan's Lightning is much more dangerous than with this "set."
This is not the right way to test – 50 bone dragons will also lose to anyone; in Heroes, it's not about levels, but about armies with heroes! And here, I think the situation is like with the Archmage/Battle Mage – the Archmage hits well with spells, but as soon as there are many of them, I immediately retrain them into Battle Mages, because a simple attack becomes stronger than magic; similarly with druids.
