The ring is found in a crypt located in a swampy area in the northeast of the map. It only appears there after completing the corresponding quest.
To quickly obtain it, use the command @GiveArtefact ('Segref', 70) in the console.

Thanks. I got the ring, but it won't let me access the tomb. Apparently, the ring needs to be obtained from the crypt for the script to work. I'll try to advance one month, and logically, the crypt should reset for the attack.

I still don't understand how to catch the elusive Outcast on the road. I took 1 artifact, a sword or helmet, etc., and an army of one assassin. And I can't figure out how to steal from the centaur. If possible, please answer in a private message. Thank you.

I caught the Outcast. Now I just need to solve the centaur problem.
