The ring is located in a crypt, which is in a swampy area in the northeast of the map. And it only appears there after completing the corresponding quest.
For a quick way to get it, use @GiveArtefact ('Segref', 70) in the console.
Thanks. I got the ring, but it won't let me enter the tomb. Apparently, the ring needs to be obtained from the crypt for the script to work. I'll try waiting a month, and logically, the crypt should reset for the attack.
