Searching for mods (looking for mods for Tribes of the East).

Good afternoon! In the mod HD mod for textures [in development], the Large Address Aware Patch is mentioned. I couldn't figure out where to find it. I also saw a mention that there is a patch that fixes the flickering cursor issue. I installed Warlords of the Horde and encountered the problem that the cursor, when hovering over any element except for various menus, starts to flicker.
