The Father of Dragons' Might is just a joke; a level 5 spell has an effect, and you don't cast anything on yourself, so it's just useless, not an artifact. Expert Prayer is good, of course, but by the time you gather an alliance, it won't be of much use. And regarding the Mage's Ring, you're wrong; blindness and forgetfulness for 5 turns and 50 have a big difference, and you also need to spend less mana.

In principle, if you collect the Angel Alliance and the Father's Might for a long time, even though they are quite useful, then undoubtedly a useful artifact is this: "Cursed Armor," and it's not difficult to collect, and it provides a huge bonus. But the ring can't compete with it...:)

The ring is useful when attacking with obviously weak troops, but larger groups of creatures can compete with the Father of Dragons' Might in terms of usefulness.
