How do I get rid of the Skill Wheel?

I can no longer find it, unfortunately. The game was downloaded a long time ago, and the issue was discovered recently. Which files need to be modified? In HeroScreen3, an extra line has been removed, and now the button is no longer clickable, but it still remains visible. (
When leveling up, the shifted window is annoying.)
