Installing WoG on version 4.0 (Platinum).

I can't install WOG. I've downloaded different files from three different places (listed on this forum). I'm tired of reinstalling Heroes. First, it says that the installed version of Heroes cannot be found, then it shows errors with the WOG files (that they are corrupted), then it says that the installation is complete, and that's it. No further changes occur, and the executable doesn't appear anywhere.

I followed the instructions exactly... what's going on?

Has anyone managed to get it working on a Platinum installation?
