Or maybe not unintentionally. I also noticed these clues. On the other hand, they might even be intentionally misleading.

I'm guessing it will take 1000 attempts to find the solution.

Let's not have that! If the solution involves repeating certain actions hundreds or thousands of times (pecking at enemies with fakes, etc.).
And we're still waiting for the author of the puzzles to reveal the mystery.
