The cost of living in Lungwort was, frankly, exorbitant – the hexen thought that the situation with housing was significantly easier for the locals, but someone without particularly rare or in-demand skills would hardly survive in these conditions without the offer of free accommodation. What at first could be taken for friendliness and hospitality on the part of Lungwort’s representatives now appeared in a completely different light – it was nothing more than a simple desire to keep cheap labor. But all of this could be postponed to a later date – now she had to visit the place where she would be working.
