The hero is already available at the start... :) The hat will help him travel across seas and waves... You can collect money at sea to hire Jela and recruit some snipers... The rest is just a matter of technique. I think... :)
It seems to me that you can't really get far by manipulating snipers and "Pokémon"... but if you destroy the Conservatory on the first day...
Although - you can, let's say, just for the sake of it, test the hat:))))))
