I just found the way the question was posed to be strange; it seems odd to have grievances against the Serberian soldiers in the Serberian forests right now.

There are soldiers specifically from the royal army, and there are soldiers from the provincial army; they are subordinate to different people. You can remember the captain from Rutger's students.
