I apologize for the long delay in responding (I just had a moment to log in).
There are a few possible reasons for the artifact transfer issue:
1) This system may be conflicting with some global mod (e.g., EWA). But this is unlikely.
2) I made a mistake, and it's not working (also unlikely, as the transfer seems to be working).
3) You mentioned that you tried to transfer artifacts multiple times. It's unlikely (although anything is possible) that you replayed the final mission with Faiaz each time. If you simply enter @Win() in the console, the transfer will not occur because this script is tied to the "legitimate" ending.
If Alarik doesn't have the artifacts from mission 1 (except for the Lion Set) in mission 4, please let me know, and I will look for the error.
