The portal to the town is, in my opinion, a spell without which it's difficult to manage in the game, especially at level 4. It's not available to the Swamp faction.
In online play, the Town Portal is permanently banned, and often in offline tournaments as well. This spell creates a huge imbalance. It's certainly powerful, but WHEN WILL YOU BE ABLE TO BUILD IT? By the end of the game? The Swamp faction will have already defeated you 5 times by then :D Don't be offended...
