Opening the gates to arenas of all races for an adventure map.

I downloaded the mod, but all the gates are closed. Do I need to enter something somewhere to open them? Why are the gates without walls and towers like the objects that already exist in the editor? The editor lacks the central tower of the Dwarf town and the gates with walls and towers and the central tower of the Orc town. Can these also be found in the depths of the game files and made available for beginners? And if it's not too difficult to do, can you somehow make the spikes of the Dark Elf moat have pink lightning, like in the game, and add runes to the arena objects?
