I'll reiterate my advice: stock up on healing potions and, possibly, acquire a couple of potions to remove negative effects. The cost of 10 healing potions + 2 removal potions will be approximately the same as what you got from Isabella + what you earned from selling the nameless equipment, i.e., roughly the total amount. Added after 50 seconds: Sunglasses against Augustus might also be useful. Especially if the saboteurs also have some blinding grenades.
