TBM - Tournaments balance mod

If something doesn't suit you, I can generally adjust it to your liking.

For our game with friends, I completely removed the artifact changes with prices and rarity changes (it was very strange to see the Trident of Titans/Emerald Boots, etc., guarded by a bunch of dragons, and it would be even more frustrating to get them from a Dragon Utopia), I adjusted some of the spell numbers, weakened Hellfire, and reduced the cost of machines to be closer to the standard (5000/15000 for a ballista is a bit much). Then I reworked the spell description mod to fit this mod.

We're not super hardcore players, we're far from Tournaments, we beat the Heroes' AI, and we adjusted the balance according to our vision).

In principle, TBM started as a good experiment to fix the vanilla game's imbalance, but then there were several systemic errors:
- an abundance of changes without testing them for the necessary amount of time;
- incorrect assessment and conclusions about the changes made due to a small statistical sample and the inability to accurately analyze, since, as a rule, the "assessment" was made based on the results of games among players who had a very vague understanding of the game's mechanics;
- when planning changes, some aspects were not taken into account (the size, content, and features of the maps on which the games were played; the features of faction development over time, and much more).
But credit should be given to the creators of TBM and those who tried to handle all of this.
They just got confused, as it seems to me...
