Sacred Haven of Debauchery

Does it ever happen to you that when you touch something metallic, say with your finger, you feel a tingling sensation, as if an electric shock is passing through? For some reason, I sometimes feel it in my little finger if I touch the headphone jack on the speaker remote, and it only happens with one or two fingers on that particular hand, which looks no different from the other, and there's no moisture on it or anything. Or sometimes I'll sit down at a table, put my leg or arm (either one) on the radiator/heater near the table, and I'll feel a tingling sensation in it. And yesterday, when I was washing in the bathroom, I felt it in my right hand on the metal faucet, but my left hand was fine.
