What is the minimum damage value in numbers? Can you provide a screenshot or a save file? Are you using the game in its vanilla state or with the HD mod? Are you also using the SOD_SP plugin for the HD mod (it has many settings)? Is HD+ mode enabled in the HD mod?
vanilla version. The minimum damage is 50-55 for the main attack and 25-30 for the side attacks. The damage hasn't changed over the past month (I haven't checked further). The damage doesn't change during a successful defense.
