Foreword
This work is dedicated to the study of demons in general and the study of the lords of the Abyss in particular, and it is my authorial duty to warn the reader that in most countries of Visteeria, demon-worshippers are subject to various punishments, ranging from exile from their place of residence to execution. This is, of course, due to the fact that a "normal" person, as society calls them, would have no need for the services of a demon, and they are often used by the so-called dregs of society — people broken by life's circumstances, who desperately desire something but cannot obtain it. Imagine a beautiful, intelligent, strong person from a wealthy family, and then compare them to a poor, sickly wretch: which of them is more likely to find no support from others and turn to demons for help? But, be that as it may, just know that if you decide to cross this line, you must do everything in your power to keep it a secret, for you will never find compassion for your person again. But if this comforts you in any way, know that I am on your side.

The Abyss and Its Lords
The Abyss is one of the names for the demon world, divided into domains. Some religions hold that the souls of sinners end up here, but since there is no such concept in Arterianism, this belief has not gained widespread acceptance in Western Visteeria. The domains of the Abyss are governed by entities known by such names as "lords," "high demons," and the like. We currently count 66 demonic rulers and 65 domains. In this volume, I will discuss the first nine lords, the methods of summoning them, and the specifics of their contracts.

Gonzo, Lord of Lust
In the Abyss, Gonzo is one of the most influential demons (yielding only to the Queen of Demons), while in Visteeria, he is the most popular among demon-worshippers, called upon by libertines and perverts of every stripe.
Contract Specifics
After the ritual is performed, the demon-worshipper will have to satisfy the Lord of Lust in the most unpleasant way for themselves... Although they say that even so, everyone ends up satisfied.
✦ Once a month, the character can change their gender.
✦ The character's pheromones can cause those around them (at will) to experience uncontrollable sexual desire (confusion).
✦ Time alone with Gonzo's minion will cause the character to suffer from satyriasis or nymphomania.
Contract Breach
Refusal to seek new "adventures."

Kariya, Queen of Demons
Kariya's primary aspect is pride, and from her minions she demands absolute submission and their own deification. Her followers in the human world must achieve ever new victories in her honor or lose their value and forfeit their own souls.
Contract Specifics
After the ritual is performed, the demon-worshipper must show their insignificance before the Queen of Demons.
✦ +2 to all characteristics (except faith), +5000 experience, +50% to experience gain.
Contract Breach
Satisfying lust, showing disrespect to the lord (including fawning over anyone else), defeat in battle.

Iron, Demon of Schadenfreude
The main "humanist" of the demon world. He loves people greatly, but not so much them as the ironic tragedies in their lives, accompanied by the gleeful merriment he feels while watching the suffering of mortals who lose everything just a step away from achieving their goal or dream.
Contract Specifics
After the ritual is performed, the demon-worshipper will have to somehow make the Lord of Schadenfreude laugh; if Iron gives him a "thumbs up," the contract will be sealed, but if he gives a "thumbs down," something bad will happen to the summoner...
✦ Iron fulfills the individual wishes of his minions depending on his mood.
Contract Breach
Becoming boring.

Kasha, Herald of Melancholy
Kasha, although appearing rough and unapproachable to mortals, actually feels pity for them, believing that the life of any living organism endowed with enough intelligence to be aware of its own self and the events occurring around it is pain and suffering.
Contract Specifics
To seal a contract with Kasha, one must pick up a stray cat from the street and give it shelter, after which perform the summoning ritual.
✦ The character receives various hints and advice from Kasha through their own cat.
Contract Breach
None.

Helios, Soul Merchant
Helios is ready to provide his minions with material, spiritual, and other assistance in exchange for the souls of people and non-humans sacrificed to him, the value of which varies depending on their physical and spiritual qualities.
Contract Specifics
After the ritual is performed, the demon-worshipper must donate 2000 seliks to Helios and sacrifice a human life.
✦ Every month, the player's character must sacrifice 1000 spiritual points to Helios, otherwise they will have to pay with fragments of their own soul.
✦ In exchange for spiritual points, the character can receive various bonuses.
Contract Breach
Bankruptcy.

Virazian, the Extravagant Sarissophoros
A demon-warrior who holds martial arts in high esteem. He patronizes the warriors of Visteeria almost selflessly...
Contract Specifics
After the ritual is performed, the demon-worshipper must fight Virazian 1 on 1.
✦ The effectiveness of the opponent's rolls is halved.
✦ The character's attacks deal an additional 35% damage with two random elements (except astral).
Contract Breach
Spending a day without fighting.

The Faceless One
The Faceless One has no name, no title, no appearance, no past, and no future; he is empty, and the only feelings applicable to him are envy and hatred towards those who have what he lacks.
The Faceless One's minions are generally prone to the same emotions as their master. They envy those who are more successful than them and try in every way to ruin the lives of those who have wronged them.
Contract Specifics
After the ritual is performed, the demon-worshipper will need to sever all ties with the people around them using the most base methods.
✦ The Faceless One's followers are skilled in the use of curses (the character receives two random curses when choosing this conviction).
Contract Breach
Making friends.

Mererredin, Gourmand of Gluttony
The main glutton of the Abyss, patron of connoisseurs of fine cuisine like himself.
Contract Specifics
After the ritual is performed, the demon-worshipper will need to satisfy the lord's hunger.
✦ The character can devour the corpses of enemies to receive various bonuses.
Contract Breach
Getting into shape.

Sin Rin Surin, King of Plague and Drought
A sower of plagues whose goal is to inflict as much suffering as possible upon Visteeria.
Contract Specifics
After the ritual is performed, the demon-worshipper will fall ill with something.
✦ At the beginning of each month, the character receives a new disease which they can spread to other characters.
Contract Breach
Ceasing to infect others.

Effect
Reading this book allows the character to change their conviction to "demonology" and acquire the necessary knowledge to perform the ritual. The demon is summoned randomly, +50% if the character is interested in someone specific, and an additional +30% if certain conditions are met before the ritual is performed (doing something to attract the attention of the desired demon, for example, taking in a cat, organizing an orgy, etc.).
