RULES FOR THE MODERATORS OF THE INTER-CLAN SECTION

That’s interesting. But if someone from another Clan floods the Clan’s representative thread, does the leader have no right to bring order to the thread? All representative threads are located in the inter-clan section.
If this rule is followed, sooner or later, any Clan’s representative thread may become openly filled with irrelevant content. Or, in such cases, should we wait for the coordinators to clean everything up?

What was meant was that if a thread is created by a member of one of the Clans, then the moderation of this thread lies solely on the shoulders of the moderator of that Clan.

For greater clarity, point No. 4 would be better worded as follows:

4. Since each of the Clans has at least one moderator in the inter-clan section representing that Clan, moderators are prohibited from editing or deleting threads belonging to members of other Clans, and from editing or deleting messages in these threads.

In the case of a representative thread, since it belongs to one of the Clans, its moderation is delegated to the moderator of that Clan, and he has the right to delete any messages from the representative thread, whether they are messages from members of other Clans or users of HeroesWorld who do not belong to any of the Clans.

In general, it is better to close the representative thread after it is filled with all the necessary information, since the only purpose of the representative thread is to provide information about the Clan.
