Could someone please tell me where to find the Vampire Cloak in Might and Magic VII?

Are you talking about the regular cloak that gives + so much to armor, with a high, stylized collar?
You can find it anywhere in chests or on monsters, but in locations of appropriate difficulty.
Or are you talking about completing a quest?
