Taking into account what has already been written above, I will add and adjust.
First of all, I want to express my immense gratitude to SADYTRO for getting involved in working on the mod. I am in awe of his talent and ability to change the game so radically!
I have a feeling as if we summoned a genie and now he is granting wishes 😇
I expect that there will be several launch formats for the mod:
A) Just like before, a mod with my balance and PEST for multiplayer (+recruitment window with level 3 creatures)
B) A mod with 10 slots and PEST (+recruitment window with level 3 creatures)
C) A mod with 10 slots + arenas 14 length 12 height (+recruitment window with level 3 creatures)
D) A mod with 10 slots and Quantomas AI (+recruitment window with level 3 creatures)
E) A mod with 10 slots + arenas 14 length 12 height and Quantomas AI (+recruitment window with level 3 creatures)
In this format, every player will be able to decide what they need and what they don't.
As for an important adjustment. I will not use NCF creatures from the library presented on the forum in my mod. Since they have their own balance and it is not designed for what I have created.
The balance of my mod is not perfect, but it is autonomous and has been formed over almost 6 years; under this balance, abilities, hero progression, spells, and some interface elements were partially adjusted. Throwing 100+ NCF creatures into my build at once would be the same as breaking everything I have done over these 6 years.
Therefore, we agreed that for now only my creatures that I have already added will be available. And later, those creatures that I design (and hopefully Zobr will import) will be added.
For now, I am attaching what it looks like on my end:
Huge gratitude to SADYTRO for his work and desire to delight the Heroes 5 community with innovations. Our swamp, after so many years, has moved a little beyond the limits that were previously available to us!
I just looked at the modified recruitment interface and honestly I am in shock, in a good sense of the word, at what can now be done with heroes using AI. I have been following various mods in the community over all the previous years, but I am seeing something like this for the first time. I will definitely continue to follow the development of your mod, but I am wondering if this interface can be used as a standalone mod for vanilla Heroes or for Heroes 5.5? And will it be possible to modify this interface as desired? It's just that this looks like a very long-standing dream that has finally come true! I also wish you good luck with the development of your mod, which will now be even more interesting.
