Alright, you've convinced me. I'll rework the quality equipment.

And if all warriors in a squad have stealth, can they move unnoticed through enemy territories? And what if there's a character on a tile with stealth detection?
Neither affects behavior on the world map. Only Karneya can mask squads, I think.

- Sabotage — renders one of the cities in an adjacent region inoperable for 1 turn.
renders any city on the map inoperable for 1 turn
Do I understand correctly that such things prevent refreshing a city's actions, meaning some Kanamiya could be shut down entirely?
Yes.

I understood that diplomats can make contact from any point with any of the neighboring regions. By the way, when diplomats make contact with a faction, how is the negotiator character determined?
Can you fly over on a pegasus? Or a wyvern?😂
Hmm... 🤔 But seriously, I don't see any reason to prevent a diplomat from flying to the islands without building a ship.
A ship isn't needed for diplomacy.

Negotiations are held with the faction leader.

1 gold x number of units.
Do you also need to spend gold on figures?
It won't affect them anyway.

Does boarding a ship count as an action? I don't see any other actions available to Cecilia per turn, but the rules don't mention such requirements.
I've added to the rules the requirement to spend a turn for boarding.

- Shield: 50% of received damage is returned to the attacker.
If a character with 50 armor takes 100 damage, will 25 or 50 be reflected back at the enemy?
Does reflected damage ignore protection?
... Where is this from?

If characters are not members of a squad, they are in the capital and can only perform defensive actions directed at it.
So a knight goes on a diplomatic visit somewhere together with the squad, or how does it work?🤔
They go on a diplomatic visit by themselves.
If a knight leaves on a diplomatic visit, does his squad stay in place without a leader?

Revan, so what about the familiar restrictions? Or is it again "write whatever you want and wait for the GM's decision"? Can it, for example, banish a specified enemy from battle? Heal all allies each turn (HP or spirit) by some amount of HP (or spirit)? Restore all HP or spirit each turn to the most wounded ally (including itself)? Remove negative effects from a specified ally each turn (all of them or just one)?
?
The knight will return right away afterward (unless something happens to prevent it). Banish is too much. Healing 50 HP per turn at a range of 10 tiles is fine. Not all of them, but say 250 at a range of 10 tiles is fine. Removing 1 negative effect is fine.
