Can we embezzle part of the funds allocated for defense? Ask for it for Flowers, but enemies most likely won't reach there if we defend properly, so no one will find out. I think that's how it's usually done.
Ящур, if you need ideas for summoners, I can throw out a few options.
What "summoners"?🤔 I'm thinking of sending someone to Cabocha with diplomacy. Will you go? Or should we send some NPC? I won't go myself. I'm as much a diplomat as a goat is a milkmaid... I'd rather deal with the "numbers"...
summoner mages
dunno. if we send an NPC, then a decent one, and we don't have many of those. maybe I could do it, if they don't throw me in the dungeon right away, you never know.
You mean a familiar? Yeah, it wouldn't be bad to consider some ideas...
Well, see who you can send from the NPCs. Lois is busy with the mercenaries, the rest are free. Maybe Lilien?
I don't remember what a familiar can do. It doesn't cast spells, does it?
Well, Lilien seems to be the only decent one.
That's the thing, you have to come up with what it will do yourself...
We can send Lilien. But you told the lord that coming to an agreement with Cabocha wouldn't be too hard. So there's a chance to back up your talk prove it with action...
if it can cast spells and the magic should be positive, while not considering boring buffs/resurrections, then maybe redirecting damage to the summoned familiar/enemy. or some kind of movement effect? can it be flying, like an imp stealing quivers of arrows, or pouring slop from a pot on the enemy's head?
Well, judging by the description, they're reasonable, despite their love for pumpkins. I can give it a try.
