A week before the fall of Margel
Adalard gave the start to the military expedition into Ikazkan and, having gone into the underground world personally, took with him seven of his knights, entrusting the remaining trio with handling affairs on the surface. He left Aldelion to handle administrative matters in his stead, hoping that this would allow him to gain useful experience and occupy his mind with important matters instead of yet another trifle. However, not everything went according to plan — the Mercenary Hatharait, acting on a secret agreement with Kaleido Cartridge and Sratos Genburry (without each other's knowledge, he was lucky to receive a double reward for the same job), used his special position as an advisor and his combat skills to eliminate the guard posted at the entrance to the underground world, and then used a generous amount of explosives to temporarily collapse the entrance, thereby cutting off the expedition members from the outside world — the later night explosion that engulfed all of Tezoth, Adalard was unable to witness.
Neira herself can decide where Stefania and her old man will be, but it's better if they're separate.
So, now we know for sure that Guildaria is not to blame for the nuke and the mayhem in Estelia.
Guys, who's got experience, what's better? Ikazakan with the Shadow, or helping you sort out this clusterfuck? The problem is also that officially Deus was blamed, but any Lesters and Axels can easily convince me otherwise if need be.
