Technically, Lock moved first and didn't redo anything.
Yashchur made a mistake by accident, and I think everyone here will agree that he is doing more for this fight than all of us combined, so there's no point in discussing how he's being unfair, playing favorites with the GM's characters, and so on. Such an opinion would simply be unjust. I've already stated which position I disagree with, but otherwise Yashchur is a champ.
I believe that in this situation, it would be fair not to have Lorican reveal Lester's invisibility spot. Because otherwise it would be extremely unfair, primarily towards Locken. This was never discussed before, and the players hadn't baited the invisibility users earlier.
By that logic, we could redo a ton of battles. For example, the Northerners.
It would have been better to give invisibility a time limit. As it is, it feels unfair.
