If it's on the forum main page, then it's apparently about the sections — navigating through them wasn't being recorded in the browser history; I changed it so they are recorded now.
The forum main page itself is not recorded either offline or online. I cleared the browser history, restarted, opened the forum main page from a bookmark, then another site, then another, and when I scroll back, the forum main page refreshes.
The bottom thread with templates became bolder while offline. I entered, left a comment (the thread above), and exited, but the thread didn't become marked as read from offline; after that, I entered and exited again. All threads from offline should probably become marked as read.
By "offline," do you mean disconnecting from the internet or simply logging out of the account?
I tried in FireFox specifically opening the forum main page, then two sites, then back and forth — everything opens quickly and without additional loading; the page is available in the browser history. If it's about fully offline mode when the internet is disconnected, I haven't tested that.
