Alright, whatever, without a crit against that scum with a weapon that essentially gives infinite AP from the start, there was no chance. Overall, out of all of them, I have one of the crappiest weapons. Well, maybe Candle's is also junk, only useful for letting players on mounts pass in the tournament.
Have you seen my sword? In the context of duels, it differs from a regular sword only by slightly higher damage.
Your bow gives you an improved version of my paralyzing strike: 80 extra damage that always hits and can potentially jump to another target. 2 AP would give you a guaranteed victory against someone like Alsira, without relying on RNG.
I'll agree it's worse than Candle's and Chonchonlia's weapons, but I definitely can't call it useless.
Orwald has paralysis without spending AP. Axel has a bonus to accuracy and darkness from his sword (though the bow is crap, fact). Emilia's bow practically gives me my Guildaria skill, albeit a worse version. Ambrose's spear ignores defense. Lester not only has the right to 3 attacks at once, but also a passive stun, plus a decent crit bonus. Alsira's spear causes a decay debuff on crit. Your sword is useful in fights with more than 1 opponent + throwing knives, allowing you to hit from range.
If we don't count Emilia, everyone's bonuses are passive without spending AP. I, for example, have only 4 AP, and 1 will naturally go to the Guildaria skill. So outside of tournament conditions, I can only make up to 3 powerful shots, and then it's just weak pokes.
I wasn't arguing that those guys' weapons are better than yours. But your bow also gives an advantage unavailable to other characters, even if it's worse on average due to AP limitations.
As for my sword, we'll test it. For now, I suspect its base damage is too low for the ability to work consistently. I can imagine situations where it could shine, but for now the passive seems more situational. At least until I get some damage bonuses.
The knives worked well, I'll agree there. Didn't expect it myself.

I wonder if my sword's bleed effect would even be useful... bleed can be considered as armor ignore, but it kills too slowly.
You have a strong sword, dunno why you didn't go to the tournament for reputation.
