He can also spend 1 AP to instantly refresh the turns of all his allies

Question 11: How does this work in terms of the initiative bar? I.e., will the turns be refreshed in this round and only for those allies who have already acted before the character? Or does it simply grant a double turn to the entire unit in this round?

Answer: It will be an extra turn according to their initiative order. So it's not exactly a "refresh"...
