So what is he wrong about?

The NPC was created right before the start of the tournament with the sole purpose of crushing riders. Fine if he had known skills that would allow that. But no, he has a cheater bow, not just with increased damage, but also with increased accuracy. Meanwhile, for some reason, we can't dismount on the first turn. Apparently they tie or glue us to the mount permanently before the battle. He defeated all riders except Heroist, who only won thanks to the ray. But yes yes, the hate is unjustified, what was I thinking... If I hadn't missed it as usual, maybe I would have dropped out of the tournament.

I'm not defending him, but since I'm also on foot, and a melee one at that, I don't particularly empathize with the horses. But if the Dumbledores had horses, he might help us in the first half of the brawl at least.

Agreed. Riders already have more comfortable conditions than characters with other skills.

Lost your horse? By the next round it's alive and well. You don't even have to wait for the end of the tournament.

Got your weapon broken? Repairs happen solely by the grace of the Lizard.

Spent AP? You'll only recover it with an olive.

And this NPC is such that only thanks to kills from riders is it not at the very bottom of the standings.
