Is it optional, like really optional? Or will it turn out later that those who wrote stuff get more advantages in terms of rewards? Because if it's just "good job, you wrote it all out nicely" — then whatever. But if it's "good job, here's +1 prestige/bonus to stats/gear/a Sith concubine" — then that's a different story.

There will only be prestige there, specifically whether these countries exist or not won't affect anything. I don't recommend Sith concubines, by the way.
