Nope, there isn't. Among the main changes: fixed Saret's white eyes, fixed Fenrig's bonus quest, fixed typos/errors, the last 4 Necromancers before Arantir were passive and cowardly when I played through — made them aggressive, fixes like Ashan-Ashhan, Asha-Ashha.
