For 2), it seems it hasn't been fixed. I noticed that this happens not only in the advanced mode, but also in the regular reply form. My line break is currently set to "new line".
I just typed the following in Notepad and copied it to HeroesWorld:
Here's what got copied:

As you can see, line 2 should have been copied as empty, but instead it wasn't added at all, and a paragraph indent appeared between lines 1 and 3.
- Also, I noticed another unrelated thing: after opening the form for tables, images, links, code blocks, quotes, spoilers, videos, emojis — they cannot be closed by clicking the "X" button.
1) I made it so that when the mode is enabled, the editor behaves correctly when copying from Notepad.
It worked correctly for me.
