Well, as I already wrote, Stefania also has good chances. If it weren't for the action point restrictions and certain abilities, Rezara herself could have performed quite well. Alsira is more geared toward commanding and taking out various Victors and Lyds (implying that they have a conscience that could be pressured), but even without that, she should perform well. If the olive works (I don't remember what Reven answered Heroist there), she should consistently win, having survived X number of turns, depending on the opponent's morale.
