It doesn't always hyphenate by syllables for me, and the hyphen is sometimes missing.
Actually, this depends on the browser and its dictionaries. All we can do is set hyphens: auto, which has been done. After that, it will work differently in different browsers, and they don't guarantee the quality of hyphenation for different languages.
