Origin: Hails from Akkervald. According to the game's lore, he was a career officer.
Role in the story: In the large-scale role-playing game "Rheimian Empire", Halmeldir traveled extensively and knew the world's political map well. He decided to support the rightful heir to the throne — Prince Tiarius — to help him reclaim the crown. To that end, he planned to forge an alliance with the Nobles Oblige faction.
