How this will play:
- 2 players on a 240x240 map: wide exploration before major fights.
- Mirror: every player gets a symmetric, comparable position.
- Neutral stacks are tough; border guards are tough.
- Resources are at 100% and structures at 100%, so expansion feels standard.
- Single hero mode focuses the match on one main hero per player.
- Classic victory: defeat opponents normally.
- Roads connect zones, so travel between them reads clearly in-game.
- Each player gets a nearby spot to claim early — say a second town or a few mines — a short way from their main town.
- Each player starts with mines near their castle: 1× sawmill, 1× ore, 1× gold, 3× rare.
- Each neutral castle zone holds 1 castle to capture.
- Losing your starting hero ends the game — keep it alive.
