Moving and shooting/casting spells is not allowed, but this does not apply to animals.

I don't get it... If you're riding on someone, you can move and shoot/cast spells, but if on foot, you can't? Or how does it work?

Those who cast spells or shoot cannot move. The animal that the shooter or caster is riding on can move.

So, you can ride up, bite with a wyvern, and then shoot?
