Cheating — bad. Whether he's a cheater or not, a millionaire or not. Some just put up with it because: they're afraid (he hits, throws watermelons, threatens to take away the kids/do something bad to her, the kids, or relatives), dependent ("she's sitting on his neck" — because he once said she didn't need to work, and she was only too happy about it), or cheating herself. All of this is not mutually exclusive. Sometimes it's dependency on money not in the sense of sitting on his neck, but simply because she doesn't give a damn about him, and she sees just a wallet full of money and drains it. Just so you know, I don't justify cheating women. The game was even, two pieces of crap were playing.
