Red Plague

I started playing the Red Plague map. One question: it's really dark during gameplay — is that intentional? I looked through the settings and nothing helped.

Yes, that's not a very successful author's decision. But this map has its pluses too)

thanks for the answer ) I really liked the map, it's just great. But for some reason, on the fourth month, the mission was failed. I can't figure out why.

I don't remember exactly what's written on each quest, but I think it mentions a time limit. However, when you reach the last castle, you'll have to fight with all your heroes, which is definitely not stated anywhere!
