Sacred Haven of Debauchery

The problem with the "classic" theme is that it's purely cosmetic. The broken functionality hasn't returned, and the unnecessary bells and whistles are still hanging around. What difference does it make whether the avatar is shown on top, on the side, or at the bottom, if signatures and comments in the database are still missing.
