Basically, I want you to understand how initiative works and get used to it. Here's how it works:
Daniel will move now (he's one cell short of attacking), and his initiative will drop from 10 to 5. Shino has 8 initiative, so she goes next. If she uses Air Strike, it costs 7 initiative points, and one point will carry over to the next phase. After that, Daniel moves again because he still has enough initiative (5) to take an action. Of course, if Ples manages the battles as before, this isn't that important... But it's good to keep in mind.
So, does Daniel move another 3 cells, and Shino uses the attack?
